An elegant, graceful program entirely based on four proven toningexercises. Designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility, itintegrates ballet, yoga and traditional fitness techniques. Eachsegment begins with a body-sculpting classic (e.g. a squat). Thatmovement is then transitioned into a fluid dance-inspired sequence(e.g. a smoothly flowing plié/squat). Finally, it all culminates in acalming, “active recovery” yoga variation (e.g. chair pose with a calfraise). Throughout, Shannon Griffiths-Fable’s presentation isexcellent; she makes even a basic push-up look refined.
